FOR PARTS NOT WORKING Original Xbox Console X00001

Damage to shell. Boots up without a disc in it but hangs if disc inserted. Replaced rubber on drive and opens/closes fine but doesn't read discs. No cords/controller included. NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM
